LPS Properties Announces the Purchase of 229 Alfred St.

LPS Properties is excited to announce the purchase of 229 Alfred St, The Biebs, as the fourth property under the LPS portfolio.

This purchase brings an iconic Queen's student ghetto house and crown jewel asset into the LPS universe. The property has recently undergone material renovations that include a completely new kitchen and refreshed living room as well as the addition of a new third bathroom to the house.

Following some minor construction work to bring it to LPS standard, this property will house seven lucky Queen's students in large rooms flooded with natural light, on a property with two porches at the ideal location at Alfred & Johnson St.

The property will be available for rent starting May 1, 2027 with open houses and leasing slated for November 2026.
